Raw Borage Honey

£5.00

Pure North Yorkshire Borage Honey

Our Borage Honey is produced by bees at our North Yorkshire apiary, nestled at the foothills of the Moors. It’s 100% pure, raw, and unpasteurised,  just as nature intended.

During the summer months, our bees forage on fields of delicate blue borage flowers, producing a light, floral honey with a clean, refreshing taste and pale golden colour. Naturally smooth and sweet, it’s a favourite for tea, baking, or drizzling over porridge and yoghurt.

As with all raw honey, colour and consistency may vary slightly from jar to jar. Crystallisation is a natural process and a sign of purity — simply stand the jar in a warm spot to return it to a runnier state.

Each jar is carefully packaged for safe delivery, bringing a taste of the North Yorkshire countryside straight from our hives to your home.
